Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RunBiz mobile application and related services (the "Service") operated by RunBiz.

By registering, accepting an invite, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

The Service

RunBiz provides tools for finance, HR, inventory, point of sale, and team communication. Features may vary by role and subscription. We may add, change, or remove features with reasonable notice where practicable.

The Service is provided for lawful business purposes only. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for complying with applicable laws in your country (including tax, labour, and data-protection laws).

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Business owners and administrators control team membership, roles, and permissions. RunBiz is not responsible for how your organisation configures access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or are required to be restricted by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the Service; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with other users; upload malware or illegal content; harass others; or use the Service for fraud or activities that violate applicable law.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you and your authorised team members.

Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party platforms (including app stores, push notification providers, and cloud infrastructure). Your use of those platforms may be subject to their separate terms.

Payroll, tax, and leave information shown in the app may include general legal references for convenience. RunBiz does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Consult qualified professionals for compliance decisions.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUNBIZ AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or USD 100 if you use a free tier.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.
